1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and 7ebet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 7ebet website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services. 7ebet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to require the submission of supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to supply requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one registered account on the 7ebet platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service or account.
• Never share your account credentials, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person, including any person claiming to represent 7ebet customer support.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using any shared, public, or unfamiliar device.

Account Verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, during an account review, or in response to unusual account activity. Documents commonly requested include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, along with a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

7ebet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as updated on the platform from time to time. The following deposit conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, but 7ebet reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for deposits that are unusually large or frequent.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds from a payment account belonging to another person.
• 7ebet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond 7ebet's control.
• All deposited funds are credited to your 7ebet account wallet in BDT. 7ebet does not hold funds in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on deposits.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 7ebet reserves the right to set a maximum withdrawal amount per transaction or per day, which will be communicated to you at the time of the withdrawal request if applicable.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, and must be made to an account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 7ebet will not process a withdrawal from an account that has not been verified, and the processing of a withdrawal request does not waive 7ebet's right to subsequently request additional documentation.
• Where a bonus has been credited to an account, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before a withdrawal of any bonus-derived funds is permitted. Withdrawal of deposit funds (not bonus funds) is not subject to wagering requirements unless the applicable bonus terms state otherwise.

7ebet aims to process all valid withdrawal requests within one business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. 7ebet is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment provider once the funds have been dispatched from the 7ebet platform.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

7ebet offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Welcome bonus and deposit bonuses are available to new registered members only. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per shared internet connection. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus-related winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is published in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted in the individual promotion's terms.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless otherwise stated. Any winnings generated from free spins in excess of the applicable cap will be removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant fixture as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international cricket). • Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Opening, maintaining, or using more than one 7ebet account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using any software, bot, script, spider, algorithm, or automated process to access, interact with, or exploit the platform or any game in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or misconfiguration in the platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided regardless of whether the exploit was intentional.
• Colluding with other players or with any employee, agent, or representative of 7ebet or a game provider to influence the outcome of any bet or game.

7ebet cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited activity is suspected, 7ebet may freeze account funds and provide account information and transaction records to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7ebet shall not be liable for any interruption of service caused by technical failures, third-party service disruptions, maintenance, or events outside of 7ebet's reasonable control including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and regulatory actions.

12. Amendments to These Terms

7ebet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the revision.

Your continued use of the 7ebet platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
